Women, Body Image and Power

Join this dynamic mother-daughter duo for an evening of inspiration, education and support for body acceptance and body love!
Every woman deserves to love her body as it is, and to be able to embrace her innate power and beauty.
Topics will include:
• history of women’s body image and politics of women and food
• effects of current cultural attitudes on personal power and self esteem
• tools to nurture awareness and ways to experience joy and pleasure with our body as our source
